About Animal House Veterinary Services
Animal House Veterinary Services, led by Dr. Kelly Gochenour, is a highly regarded veterinary clinic that prioritizes the well-being of its patients. The clinic has a reputation for providing excellent care, as demonstrated by their swift response to a puppy named Diesel who sustained an eye injury. The staff's dedication is evident in their readiness to treat patients on short notice, and their commitment to offering high-quality care that is reasonably priced.
In addition to routine care, the clinic has shown expertise in complex surgeries. For instance, they successfully treated a dog named Marley after a badger attack, providing individual sutures and saving him from a costly and ineffective treatment in Omaha. Furthermore, Dr. Kelly's compassion extends beyond surgeries, as illustrated by his home visit to put an old cat to sleep, ensuring she avoided the stress of an office visit.
The clinic's team, including Dr. Kelly and his assistant Terry, have built long-lasting relationships with their clients, having served them since 2016. Terry is appreciated for her accuracy in billing and her ability to provide valuable information. The only negative feedback concerns the reduced hours of operation from Sunday to Tuesday.
In summary, Animal House Veterinary Services excels in offering excellent small animal veterinary care at reasonable prices, displaying deep compassion for animals and building lasting relationships with their clients.

My poor Diesel had to go to the vet today, due to him being a puppy and trying to “play” with one of the kittens.. The kitten definitely was not playing and got him right in his eye. He has a corneal ulcer. We’re so thankful for Terry and Dr. Kelly Gochenour at Animal House Veterinary Service for getting him in TODAY! We’re so lucky to have an amazing vet so close to home. If you’re anxious about having to take a pet to the vet, I promise you that this clinic will NEVER disappoint you. They’re absolutely amazing. We’ve been taking our pets to them since 2016 and I refuse to go anywhere else. I moved to Omaha for a while and still took my pets to them. The… read full review

Dr Kelly and Teri go out of their way to care for our dogs and cats. Marley was badly injured in a badger fight that ripped a foot long tear in his side. They did such a poor job (running stitch instead of individual sutures, staples with nothing to prevent him from pulling them out) the wound pulled apart and putrefied within 2 days. Dr Kelly is an excellent surgeon and despite having almost nothing to sew together, he was able to fix the wound, saving Marley, and he did it at about 20% of the cost of the Omaha ER's incompetence. His pricing is extremely… read full review
