Joel did a good job leading the family through arrangements. They took care of many details that otherwise would have been neglected. They even helped with the church service, live streaming, ushering, set up of flowers, helping with the procession, and much more.
My sister Charlotte Jost passed and due to health reason I was unable to attend her funeral. I want to thank the funeral home for videoing it. It brought closure for me. Joel and Nikki were very accommodating with both my Grandparents funerals. It was a small intimate funeral which the grandparents would've wanted. Everything was well organized by the funeral home and left the stress off the families shoulders.
