Awaken is truly the best yoga studio I have ever practiced at. Every teacher is great at teaching and holding space for each person no matter their ability level, the space is calming just to enter it, and classes are very affordable.
Awaken Yoga is a treasure. A welcoming environment that speaks to long time yogis and first timers. Carmen and her team lead wonderful flows and the space is so calming, which is needed in our generally fast paced world. Highly recommend!
