the report is very thorough with details and pictures explaining how/why/ what is wrong with your house either selling or buying. Dave states he only speaks for the house and not the buyer or seller. I think he truly does a great job at that. if you have questions, he is very knowledgeable to answer all questions.

Reviews
Dave was great to work with! He came and set up my radon test and was quick to answer any questions that I had. Results were sent to me within 24 hours after the test was over. I highly recommend QC Allspect!!
Dave at QC Allspect recently inspected my future new home and I couldn't be happier. Dave conducted his inspection with a fine tooth comb and let me follow him around in case I had any questions which I did and he answered all of them. A day after the inspection I had additional questions and Dave followed up with me. If you are needing an expert to inspect a home, I highly recommend Dave at QC Allspect.
