Overall, I'd give my experience 3 out of 5 stars. There were definitely some positives, but for the price point, I expected a much more elevated luxury spa experience.
The facial was wonderful, and I really enjoyed that portion of my treatment. Paige did a greta job. One thing that surprised me was that I was never asked what massage pressure I preferred. I feel like that's a pretty standard question, especially at a luxury spa where the experience should feel personalized.
Beyond the treatment itself, the overall spa felt like it could use some updating. The facilities, especially the showers, could benefit from a remodel and a much deeper level of cleaning....read full review
I’ve had facials done here before. I no longer live in state but was back visiting and decided to book an appointment. Tried to get an “add-on” of cold stones but was told they “couldn’t find them”. Asked if dermaplaning was an option and was informed that the person doing my facial was not an esthetician. So there was no “analysis” performed as is typical in a facial and also listed in the description of the service. While it was relaxing, I found it lacking in the thoroughness that an esthetician would be able to provide.
