Evidently you need to be 65 & own a single family home to even talk to someone. I just needed to order some glass so I could fix my windows & they hung up on me because I'm not old enough. Very rude & bad business practice. I was hoping to support local business but now I hope they never get any.

I’ve tried calling and no one answered, not even an option to leave a message. I tried using their online form and didn’t get a response. The only time someone answered the phone the guy was on someone’s roof and couldn’t talk. Needless to say I’m going to need to go take my business elsewhere to replace the windows in my home. I’m really disappointed because this business is local and I wanted to support our local businesses.

I worked with JR at Clear Image on a custom shower in my home. The shower had two glass walls and a glass door. Everything had to be custom cut and measured, as my home was built in 1910 and nothing is perfectly true or straight. The shower turned out like something out of a magazine. I could tell he has had a lot of experience installing glass. His advice and suggestions on all aspects of the glass were spot on. Every detail was done right. The hardware matched my historic home. A year later, the shower walls still look great. The glass door and seals are all functioning perfectly. I would recommend JR and Clear Image.
