“My water went out Sunday morning. I was able to determine I had a failed capacitor. I spent all morning searching for a replacement capacitor. Finally I called LM Pump Service as they showed open on Sundays. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful and pointed me towards buying the control box instead of the capacitor. They recommended I find some place closer to save 3 hours of my drive time. They were not pushy to buy from them. The person seemed to want to help offered to sell me one if I couldn't find it closer. I was able to find a control box at our local menards after changing my search from capacitor to control box.

After swapping out the control box everything started working again. I greatly appreciate the time spent with me on the phone and pointing me in the right direction.“
