“Scheduling and executing appointments for 3 kids plus myself (that's 4 appointments) was super convenient and easy. We were all able to get in on the same day with back-to-back appointments. My children were treated SO WELL by all of the friendly smiling staff, which is not always the case when our big crew shows up somewhere. It was such a relief for this momma and I was grateful for their professionalism!It was my children's first experience with visiting an eye doctor (other than as infants through the InfantSee program) and they loved it! I mean they actually thought it was fun!Dr. Korthals was great with all of us. He explained what he was doing and what he saw with our eyes in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient in answering any questions we had.The front desk ladies were SO knowledgeable about what our insurance covered. One of them guided me through ordering contacts online and helped me pick out a pair of glasses.From the time we walked in (we were a little early) until we were finished checking out was 1 hour and 10 minutes. Pretty amazing for the excellent care we received! Their efficiency and kindness were so appreciated!“
