Personally, this physical therapy adventure was a “full circle” experience for me. 2 out of the 3 providers that worked with me are parents to some kiddos that I helped take care of at our local daycare awhile back. Now they have helped take care of me with my rehabilitation and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or outcome! They pushed me to do my best but were flexible with me on my harder days. Extremely thankful for all that they’ve done, and will continue to do :)
Our heater has gone out a couple times since right before Christmas. We called Dan & he was able to come by the day after Christmas & get us up & running again. Scheduling and executing appointments for 3 kids plus myself (that's 4 appointments) was super convenient and easy. We were all able to get in on the same day with back-to-back appointments. My children were treated SO WELL by all of the friendly smiling staff, which is not always the case when our big crew shows up somewhere. It was such a relief for this momma and I was grateful for their professionalism!It was my children's first experience with visiting an eye doctor (other than as infants through the InfantSee program) and they loved it! I mean they actually thought it was fun!Dr. Korthals was great with all of us. He explained what he was doing and what he saw with our eyes in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient in answering any questions we had.The front desk ladies were SO knowledgeable about what our insurance covered. One of them guided me through ordering contacts online and helped me pick out a pair of glasses.From the time we walked in (we were a little early) until we were finished checking out was 1 hour and 10 minutes. Pretty amazing for the excellent care we received! Their efficiency and kindness were so appreciated!

I appreciate that there is always someone to answer the phone when I call - something rare with service companies in this area! The plumber that did work for us was courteous, professional, and did great handiwork. You can tell that he cares about what he does.
One thing I will warn about - if you are doing a project that involves them working with a supplier, stay on top of them to be sure supplies are ordered timely! We did experience multiple delays in our renovation project (not all of them due to Young) and the initial delay of ~4 weeks was because our supplies weren't ordered timely.
When all is said and done, we will consider using Young Plumbing/Heating for future needs, due to their communication being unmatched in our area, and the handiwork done.
With the recent death of our mom, our funeral director ordered flowers for us thru Three Oaks. The arrangement was perfect. It was exactly as ordered. We were honored to place them on her casket. The other flowers/plants received also came from Three Oaks. All were beautiful. Highly recommend Three Oaks. Very professional.
After having our lawn hydroseeded out of nowhere the capacitor on our well control board fried. I got a hold of Nathan after business hours to inquire about a new control box. Luckily, He had one on hand and went out of his way to make sure I got one that night. He also checked in to make sure that the control box got us up and running again.
