Called Receptionist Sara (?) for an appointment for my sick dog (Charlie). She gave me first available appointment for later that afternoon. She called me back about 20 min later and said if I could be there in about 30 min they would fit me in. Thank you so much Sara for caring and getting Charlie in ASAP.
Always a pleasure to take the dogs in to appointments, friendly staff make the dogs relax some and they get right to it, no messing around or waiting for your appointments. Just be on time or call and make sure you let them know you are not going to be able to make it on time and see what to do from there.
I've been taking my pets to Woodland Vet for about 7 years now. Dr. Susan and her team are amazing! They always take time to answer questions. In the time I have been taking my pets to woodland, I've had to have 2 older/elderly pets cross over. The woodland team showed true compassion, coming in after hours for an emergency situation, and allowing me to take the time I needed with my pets to say goodbye. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.
