Our cat was very sick, and other places we called couldn’t fit us in for at least a few weeks. When I expressed my concern to Knoxville Vet Clinic, they got us in next day. Turns out our cat wasn’t going to make it, and we were so fortunate that we could be seen the next day rather than wait for weeks and watch our cat continue to suffer. The compassion and care the doctor and nurse showed cannot be emphasized enough. They cared so much about us and our cat, even with it being our first time in the clinic. I would certainly return.
This vet clinic is AMAZING! I came in the morning as was offered refreshments while I waited! The vets and vet assistants are all great and very patient with their clients! I'll never go to a different vet again!
They we're very kind, and synthetic. We had to take my daughters 13 year old dog in to put to sleep, she was very sick. They had us go in the back way so nobody else seen our grief. Was very impressed with them.Thank you.
