We couldn't bring her in, we couldn't get near her. The office kept tabs on us, doctor calling us himself, comforting us, guiding us through until she was her same sweet self again & we called saying she was fine. This is above & beyond care nowadays.“

“Dr. Ryan and his staff are amazing. The first time I went there was with an injured dog. Our regular vet had jerked and prodded and sent us home with 3 pain pills. Dr. Ryan got down on the floor with him and was extremely gentle throughout the exam. He showed that same compassion as we took pets in for the harder visits, too. I had to call him in after hours once for our dog, who was having internal bleeding. I apologized for making him come out so late. He looked sincere when he said that this was the kind of thing that he should be called for. He's been just as good with our cats. It means a lot to have a vet that cares about your animals instead of it just being their job.“
