Absolutely BEST pedicure anywhere! Whenever I am in Keokuk visiting family I make sure to include time at TJ nails. I walked in for my appointment and it was amazing. It was my first time getting my nails done. I told them exactly what I wanted and they did it. They did hurt my cuticuls a little bit but it wasn’t that bad. The only bad part is that the man and women didn’t know that much English, but I understand why.
