After a few BAD experiences with the veterinarian that bought my former veterinarians practice i chose Krichel Animal Hospital to take my sick kitten and I was very impressed with the care received. They worked him in to their schedule that very day with NO hesitation, the type of infection was diagnosed, cleaned and treated, they also discovered a couple other issues but the VETERINARIAN called me TWICE to discuss and okay treatment for each before preforming which i APPRECIATED being on a set income, the ENTIRE STAFF were KIND,HELPFUL and PROFESSIONAL my nervousness was put to ease IMMEDIATELY, I would RECOMMEND KRICHEL ANIMAL HOSPITAL to new pet owners and all pet owners!!
I have gone to Dr. Greenfield my whole life. I've always received swift, excellent care. The staff know what they're doing, and they seem to love doing it. They have a comfortable environment.

Jenny in the Floral department went above and beyond. I ordered an arrangement for my stepmothers birthday. The next day Jenny calls me - told me my stepmother was looking at a wreath after she got off of work and seemed to really liked it. She was wondering if I wanted to get that instead since it was about the same price. I did and my stepmom absolutely loved it. Such a pleasant experience. :)

This is my second pair of glasses in five years from Walmart. I will never go anywhere else ever again. I had always went to the same eye doctor here in town since I was a teenager, and have ALWAYS been prescribed stronger and stronger lenses EVERY SINGLE TIME I got new glasses. Five years ago I took my current prescription from that eye doctor to Walmart just to get glasses because they would cost well over $1000 at my then eye doctor. I decided to have Dr. Thibon do an exam too so he could compare each doctor’s prescriptions. When I showed him my script from my lifetime eye doctor, he said, “You do not need a prescription this strong.” I took his advice and went with what he prescribed, and the glasses were PERFECT! That was five years ago. Today, July 27th, is the second time my new glasses have actually NOT increased in strength, and Dr. Thibon is to thank! I pay less than half for everything compared to my former eye doctor. The staff are all very professional and friendly to me and everyone I know who goes there. I very much like to support local businesses, but I believe my vision was being deliberately destroyed for 40 years! My new glasses that I just got today, July 27th, are less strong than my previous ones, and everything is just perfect! I have absolutely NOTHING negative to say about anyone or anything from my Walmart Vision experience and purchase. I’m a forever customer!

Our girl had a terrible seizure & we were so worried about her, she took an awful long time to come out of her defensive confusion & had to be confined to the bedroom until she was coherent again. We couldn't bring her in, we couldn't get near her. The office kept tabs on us, doctor calling us himself, comforting us, guiding us through until she was her same sweet self again & we called saying she was fine. This is above & beyond care nowadays.
The owner is a wonderful person who is taking covid very serious. I had my first haircut in over a year and felt safe going here. I was also suprised at the low cost. 10/10 would reccomend Abby!

Autumn is wonderful with her knowledge of pools. Always so friendly as well. I would highly recommend them on the pool side of things. I've not dealt with them on the window side.

Amber is an absolute doll. She's so patient, and makes sure my hair is exactly what I want. I usually just get my bangs cut. She'll do them a couple times to make sure she doesn't take too much off. The only person I'll trust to do my bangs now.
I think this franchise a whole is very good. I have been to stores in Muscatine and Davenport as well. The girls are always very friendly, polite and welcoming.
