The guided process was excellent. There are a lot of variables that can impact a build but the Griffith team pivots and moves forward. This home has been a dream for several years and we found the right homebuilder to make it happen!
We have had Leavens Construction do roof repair and most recently do an upgrade on our cement front patio and install hand rails to our front entry to our home. They are very attentive to details and always perform work above our expectations. We would highly recommend them.
