We've had J&S do several jobs for us over the past couple of years: sewer line replacement, new toilets and a bathroom sink faucet. All the jobs have been done professionally and J&S has been a pleasure to work with.
We’ve had J&S do several jobs, big and small for us over the past 2-3 years. Today, they installed a water filtration and drinking water system for my neighbor, whom we help out. The job involved replacing a whole-house water filtration system and installing a new drinking water setup. Running the drinking water feed was, it seemed to me, a real nightmare run, but it was handled seamlessly. I looked at the installation after it was completed and it was well done - it is a big help to have ALL the filters at roughly eye-level, visible and easily accessible for a changeout when necessary. The items installed are identical to the ones in our house, so I can, on my own schedule, change the neighbor’s out at the same time I do mine - NO MORE CRAWLING UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK! The installer also noticed a leaky water pipe above a heating duct, which apparently had been leaking a LOOOONG time. There have been several service people for various types of equipment in the same space in the basement over the past month or so. NONE of them mentioned anything about a leak or the stains from the leak on the heating ducts - most were heating people! I find this a little surprising since it was SO OBVIOUS. The installer just got another job by being observant, he gets my vote! Thanks for the fine, efficient and OBSERVANT service!
