I am a regular customer here. But at the johnston location I noticed bed 3 has multiple bulbs burned out. So I let the girl that was working know about it. I came back 2 weeks later and got assigned the same bed and specifically asked the girl working if the bulbs have been changed because they were not working last time I came. She said yes she personally checked them. Well after getting into the bed, there were now 7 bulbs burned out. So not sure why she would lie to me about it, butbI pay a lot of money to this place to not recieve the quality service I should be receiving. Friendly service by staff who will help you choose the right package and products for your needs. There are plenty of beds, which are disinfected promptly, so there's rarely a wait. I've been going here since it opened, and have never had a negative experience.

The options are really nice, the staff is super helpful with finding the package that worked best for me and my needs. The beds are the best I've experienced and everything smells and looks clean
