Absolutely love F45 Johnston! Started a last Spring to get in shape for my wedding and overall mental/physical health, it delivered. The team and workouts push me to try harder and get stronger. Definitely recommend for anyone at any level or age!
I absolutely LOVE this place. The instructors are the BEST! Shayne and Kat work really hard to keep the facility clean and organized. They very informative, patient, and personable. They are also upbeat and positive. They will always push you to your limits, in order to make you better. The other members are GREAT! We are like a little fitness family. Everyone cheers for everyone and its so easy to make friends. I would 100% reccomend this place to friends and family. On top of everything else, this place gives you a super challenging but fun workout. Its only been 3 months and I am already seeing results.
I love this place. Amazing workouts that are quick so you are in and out. Kat and Shayne, two of our trainers, are amazing. They have tons is knowledge about how to train, make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and if you need modifications, they help with that as well. They also give tips on nutrition. They are kind and caring and make the workouts fun.
