They were almost an hour behind my appt time. Otherwise, they took care of me pretty quickly once I saw the provider. She listened to what I had to say and listened to my treatment preference (that was with her approval as an option, obviously). I have used this place a couple times and would use them again in the future.
I recommend making an appointment as it kept the waiting time minimal. Super easy to do on their website. They were so personable and really listened to my concerns. We will use them again!
Even though I was sick she took her time asked the right questions and gave the details for during and what could occur after. Much appreciated professionalism from the whole staff even though I have the flu they were all very kind. Thank you
