I worked at Richway for almost 5 years as a Mechanical engineer. By far, the most wonderful group of people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Richway is a family owned business with great flexibility in work hours, a good work life balance and high job satisfaction. Salary is close to or at par with industry for the area. There are opportunities to travel and other perks as well. The work environment is positive and catered towards employee growth. Highly reccommended.
