I had the team from Tjarks Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning over to my home today to install a brand new electric furnace, a new 50-gallon gas water heater, and a new sump pump in my basement. Steve’s team did an EXCELLENT job with everything!! The new furnace is smaller, so the new unit required a height adjustment… which is wonderful because the old one was over 40 years old!! The new water heater was properly vented this time because the old unit wasn’t installed properly many years ago (before I owned the house). And the sump pump is a work of art! I greatly appreciate the time and effort that was put in! Thank you so much for your service!!!
Installed furnace, water heater and AC unit in about 8 hours. Took the old furnace away. Assisted me with the fancy smart thermostat. Everything was perfect.

In the last 2 years during negative degree temperatures are heater has stop working. This time it happened early morning but didn't call until 3pm bc my fiancée can normally get it to work bc they showed us things to try beforehand since the furnace getting up there in age. Jeff was all the way in Hubbard already working on another furnace and couldn't get here until after 7pm which they charged us the day rate not the on-call rate. The year before that there was major blizzard going on and he was the only one I could get here when the weather had wind chill of -30.
