Time of Your Life Fitness & Physical Therapy helped me get my life back! The life I have now, where I run around all day, do my favorite physical activities whenever I want, and move without pain wouldn't be possible if not for the year of work I did with Kris and her coworkers at ToYL. The scientific approach with body measurements and specific exercises *completely relieved my lower back pain* WITH NO SURGERY despite my top-heaviness. As our work together continued, the shoulders/neck pain I've had for TWO DECADES is at its lowest level ever despite my fibromyalgia. I battled with back pain (specifically sciatic pain) for over ten years. Nothing worked strength, stretching, massage, acupuncture, two other physical therapists, nothing. I was two the point I was considering surgery. When my physician suggested I try this place I was highly skeptical, but I'm glad I did. My pain isn't completely gone, but I experienced at least a 90% reduction and techniques that really manage it. It was a night and day experience compared to the other physical therapists. They listened and really worked to get to a fix for my specific problem. It was a great experience. I can't recommend them enough.
