Great experience with J & T. My furnace quit working last Friday night. A guy came Saturday morning and fixed it. A few days later 2 guys came and replaced a portion of my sewer pipe.

I emailed Jeremy at 7:45 this morning, he answered back in 5 minutes, Kim stopped in, replaced the thermometer and it's 9:15 a.m. right now. THAT IS FAST SERVICE. It's the second time this summer!
