My 8 year old Cavchon had stopped eating, drank rarely, and was very lethargic for about 3 days. After I called the clinic, I was able to get in immediately. Dr. Young and her technician, Hailey were every way kind and compassionate, both with me and my dog. The medication that was prescribed worked very well and Hailey even sat down with me to discuss how to best administer it. Each time we have gone to Petersen's Pet Hospital we have always been treated wonderfully, from the front desk check-in personnel to Dr. Young and Hailey. It is very obvious that they care about the animals they treat. I would highly recommend their services.

I take my dog there. I love that they go above and beyond for his care. Small touches add to it. They found that he had an ear infection that I was unaware of. They mailed a get well card. I got it that day. However, the only reason why I can’t give 5 stars is the cost. He had his annual visit, 1 vaccine, ears checked. The bill was close to 300.00. I guess I don’t know the normal cost of pet care. It just seems a little high to me. Other than that, I am happy with them overall.
When taking my pet to Petersen Pet Hospital, I know he is in the best hands. All the staff are knowledgeable, kind, and do their best to make my pet feel comfortable and safe. My pet always receives quality care, and plenty of love when visiting Petersen Pet Hospital.
