Sarah takes her time to get to know your body, ailments and pressure preferences. She offers a few different services, a couple of my faves are the cupping and medium pressure massage.

Sarah is absolutely wonderful! She has a true gift and such an amazing soul. She is consultative and caring. I am forever grateful for her. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is feeling pain or just looking to relax. She is amazing at listening to your needs and making sure you feel heard. I love that Sarah gives me a recap of what she noticed during the massage such as tension or even my posture when I walked in the room. I always feel so cared for after a massage or reiki session with Sarah.
