Love Dr. Kasner! But... I just spent 20 minutes on hold, had someone take me off hold without acknowledging me at all. I tried to get their attention for almost 10 more minutes and they eventually hung up on me. Had to call back three more times and get the assistance of the operator to make them finally answer my call. Sorry to inconvenience whoever is working the desk I suppose lol.

I relocated to Iowa from California and I truly feel it's irresponsible of any physician to not review your records or even examine the area in question and just decide I don't need the medication I'm on because, well, just "because". I'm a reasonable person and I truly feel some research into my situation should have been done before deciding I should stop medication and just "do palates".
