From start to finish these guys were awesome. Quick, efficient, very easy to work with and talk to. They were honest and didn't try to upsell or scam. They came, they saw, they got the job done.
Our job became more in-depth than originally planned. I really appreciated the constant feedback, pictures and explanations from the guys on-site. They were extremely helpful. The office did a great job with scheduling and questions as well.
Overall, they did a great job removing old insulation and then placing new spray foam and blown-in fiberglass insulation. One crew was very respectful we worked collaboratively on figuring out how to run the hoses without interfering with foot traffic inside the house. A second crew took little time to listen to my concerns and did it their way which ultimately worked out well.As a suggestion, it would be great if each crew could just take one minute to listen to the homeowner before starting the work.eThe communication with the person who created the bid and the person who scheduled the crews was excellent.
