I more or less inherited a Hotsy pressure washer from my late father that has been around our farm for ages. Always took it a bit for granted as Dad handled it more than I did. Was having some issues and really no idea on past maintenance. Terry and his staff were incredibly amazing to deal with! Terry was knowledgeable, well-spoken, accommodating and before I left with my (turns out 2012 machine) I had been given thorough instruction on correct operation and maintenance as well as all my questions answered. These guys were super helpful and did amazing work, really friendly as well. They took care of my equipment and did a great job, would recommend!
