I spoke to a gentleman whose name is Jeff as of 8-28-2023 he helped me to get my rebate check witch will come soon on a debit card. after a few months of waiting I'm going to finally get it. But I like to acknowledge Jeff for his performance he showed great customer service he was very proficient knowledgeable skillful he focused on my needs kudos ? to him thank Jeff I really appreciate you keep up the great work my friend. ?
After almost a year of NOT receiving my rebate check from Tire Kingdom and talking to many supervisors and customer service reps about what happened to it, Hunter was the man who hit the homerun and brought that baby home to me. In addition to all of the above adjectives HE was courteous, professional, well spoken, smart and friendly. He even followed up on it and let me know the status of the check.
