Dr. Jay's Family Eye Care is by far the best eye clinic to go to in Harlan. Everyone is super nice, and very helpful! Dr. Jay is an excellent doctor!
Great friendly service, also felt the exam was thorough. Made you feel right at home from the moment you walked through the door.
Kind, courteous, afforadable and excellent customer service. During the COVID closure, my son's ordered glasses were needed. Dr. Jay met me at the curb and handed off the glasses.
