Brad the owner of Ron's Roofing was great to work with in every aspect. He explained everything in an understandable way. The crew foreman also met with me after he made all of the measurements. The entire crew worked like a well oiled machine and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. Everyone was so courteous and friendly. They completed the entire job on time and cleaned up everything carefully. The roof and gutters look fantastic and my wife and I could not be happier. I wanted to give my business to a local contractor in Hampton and made the right decision. The cost was very reasonable considering all they did which included extra vents, patching the chimney, siding on the facia board and bad wood replacement. I feel secure with the great warranty and knowing if I had a problem Brad will take care of me. Monday i was broken down a mile up the the road. I walked down the road and saw brents place. Brent and one of his guys helped me get my truck back to their shop for no charge. He got me the part i need and had delivered out there, 1 hr later i was back on the road. The character and intergity that Brent showed was incredible. I am truly grateful for what he has done. We had a positive experience. Keep in mind that most all the rules and regulations are made by government. Being good stewards of time and money is not their strong attribute. However the facilities still have to abide by their protocol. The employees here do what they can to make the process as user friendly as possible.
So far we would recommend this entire complex to anyone looking for good family living. No place has reached perfection this side of heaven…..nor have any of us sinners who are saved by the grace and mercy of God our Heavenly Father. Thank you, Lois Long
