We used Bates Flowers by Design for our wedding flowers and they were seriously breathtaking. They turned out a million times better than I could have imagined. Stephanie met with me a few times to talk about my vision and things that were important to me. I would highly recommend Bates flowers for any occassion!

This place has been a go-to for my fiance and I for the past 3 years or so for little gifts throughout the year. They absolutely nail our needs every time, and are fun people to stop in and support. Throughout conversation Stephanie found out that I’m really into aquariums, and literally the next time in she surprised me with a list of all the aquatic/sub-aquatic plants that she could get in. I now grow and propegate 5 or 6 of the varieties that she had on that list.
The prices at Bates are super competitive, even to online or large greenhouses— the personable staff who make the experience fun are truly what make this place a no-brainer to frequent. LOVE Bates

Very good customer service! I ordered flowers and a stuffed animal for my daughter to be delivered at her school. The stuff animal was mistakenly left in there delivery vehicle. They drove out to my house at 7 at night to deliver it. I highly recommend them.
