Chris is a fabulous tech to work with! Very understanding, helpful, and caring, and did a fabulous job as well. More than met our expectations, and left everything better than he found it. Would highly recommend and would call Chris again! (Meant to leave this review a few months ago. Sorry for the delay!)
We called and they were able to get to us the same day. The lady who took our call was very pleasant and helpful. Dakota was the technician and he was also very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explained everything that needed done. We felt the charge was reasonable. Based on our first time experience today we would highly recommend this company and will definitely call them with any future needs.
Dakota did an excellent job. Looked over the sight and went to work. It was more challenging to get to the drain cover off through a small opening. He managed to remove the cover, clear the drain and complete the work. He kept me informed as he completed the work. Dakota was friendly and efficient during the entire process.
