I had a great experience with Golden Rule. The service tech, Landon went above and beyond helping me navigate the permit process with the city. He worked directly with the city to make sure the lock out of the irrigation system met code requirements. He was very good at explaining to me what needed to happen.

Really thrilled with my service. Booked online on Saturday and had someone out Monday morning. They walked me through all the details answered all my questions and we had a new water heater in by 2 pm plus they did a couple of other things. Great service from Cooper, Chris and Skylar.
