I called Beisser Lumber looking for a replacement glass piece for my cracked window and got to speak with PJ. Even though he wasn't able to get me what I need as far as a piece of glass, he gave me exactly what I needed for info and pointed me in the right direction. We recently had Beisser Lumber replace most of the windows in our home. We are so happy with the entire experience, from sales to installation and everything in between.. The windows turned out great and the inside trim work is fantastic. They matched the stain so well it looked like it was done at the same time as the surrounding built-in shelves/cabinets in our master bedroom. They even fixed the exterior trim for a few windows replaced by a previous installer that were done very poorly. The end result was a perfect match to our new windows. The team at Beisser does a great job placing their orders, managing them, following up on them and paying invoices in a timely fashion. Very easy to work with. We really appreciate their business!
