It was great working with Ethan, Lee, John and Joe. Ethan helped us understand the options so we could make great selections, Lee got everything coordinated and took care of the details, and John and Joe did all the repairs and installation. They were all really great to work with.

I called Beisser Lumber looking for a replacement glass piece for my cracked window and got to speak with PJ. Even though he wasn't able to get me what I need as far as a piece of glass, he gave me exactly what I needed for info and pointed me in the right direction. We recently had Beisser Lumber replace most of the windows in our home. We are so happy with the entire experience, from sales to installation and everything in between.. The windows turned out great and the inside trim work is fantastic. They matched the stain so well it looked like it was done at the same time as the surrounding built-in shelves/cabinets in our master bedroom. They even fixed the exterior trim for a few windows replaced by a previous installer that were done very poorly. The end result was a perfect match to our new windows.
