“I’m so grateful for Dr. Merk and the vet tech, Maria. My dog, Dude, was always very scared and aggressive at the vet, and Maria consistently worked with me to muzzle and sedate him in the safest, calmest way possible. When I had to put him down due to sudden aggressive cancer, their empathy and professionalism made an unbearable moment a little easier. Dr. Merk helped me feel confident in the decision, and I’m comforted knowing how well they cared for Dude — and for me — in his final moments. Thank you so much!”
