I just want to say since Maddie and Denis joined tl properties my experience has been wonderful i am happy they are friendly and go the extra mile love my new shower. on a Sunday night my toilet overflows and denis was here immediately very good job and the maintenence turn around has been phenomenal highly suggest this place!! very happy thank you Denis

Big shout out to Maddie & Dennis T. for their quick turn around fixing, cleaning in the best attitudes. They are the best maintance couple in every area of needs. We are very grateful for you both. Definitely 5 STAR!
I just want to say since Dennis and his wife have joined T&L, they have been absolutely amazing! Dennis, has worked so hard to get things repaired that were neglected. They are the sweetest people and very hardworking! Just out of curiosity does Ted know when the private properties sign will be set up in Norwalk? I absolutely give them a 5 star rating with the new manager and maintenance man...
