“We had Cyclone Contracting remodel our master bathroom. The process was easy from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The designers Jennie and Nikki were so helpful and very thorough. Every detail of the project was explained and all questions answered. They were very responsive to e-mails (and I sent a lot!!) Nathan, the project manager, was also very responsive (again, I sent a lot!!) and kept us informed of the timeline and any issues. He could be reached by phone or text and responded quickly and, if necessary, would just stop by the house. He checked on the progress frequently, so he was available to answer questions. Everyone on the Cyclone team from the the demo crew - Rodney (and I forgot the other gentleman's name) to the finishing crew - Paul (and others I forgot) were wonderful. The subcontactors - electric, plumbing, and drywallers were also very professional and courteous.Lori was involved with the project from start to finish. It is nice to have a point of contact in the office as well. The BuilderTrend site was such a useful tool. We could check on the timeline, pay invoices, look at photos of the progress, as well as see the signed contracts/estimates and drawings.We were very pleased with the end product!
