I bought a new TV and I could not get my surround sound system to work with it. Ashley was able to figure it out and saved me from buying a new surround sound system. Lance moved my router upstairs which I had been wanting done along time ago. I will definitely be calling in the spring to have you install my wireless bridge. . Couldn't get a brand new assembled PC to start. Took it in here, and they found that the two power supply units I had tried were just not working. Thanks to them, we got it started, and it works perfectly.

When my Alienware laptop started making noise and vibrating badly, I took it to Ashley and Mark. They diagnosed the problem in minutes and ordered the parts. Close to the holidays they regretfully told me parts would be 2 weeks+. Mark continued to search for a different supplier. Four days later, in the afternoon, the parts were in and they called telling me to bring it in and I'd have it back that day! Though I ran late getting there they stayed open and finished the job so I had minimal down time. Can't say enough about their customer service, professionalism, expertise, and fair pricing.
