Kingland Construction Services (KCS), based in Forest City, Iowa, offers general contracting, design-build, bid and negotiated services for owners throughout Northern Iowa and Southern Minnesota. We offer a complete portfolio of contracting services and self-perform many services including concrete, structural steel erection, pre-engineered building erection, rough carpentry/framing and finish carpentry. KCS primarily focuses on commercial project types. We have successfully completed small to large projects in several sectors including education, multi-family housing, and manufacturing/warehouse.
