We are big fans of Brainard Roofing. When they came to inspect our roof last summer, they discovered and documented recent hail damage on our roof and siding. Because of this, we now have a new roof and are in the process of getting new siding with coverage through our homeowners insurance. The vast majority of roofers don't work with old slate roofs. Cody and the Brainard Roofing team did a great job for us. They followed through with plans, kept good communications with any changes and worked with our insurance to provide records and details so that everything was covered. Brainard roofing company just finished up on our house, a roof that had flat roofs, multiple hips, and plenty of other complications. Cody didn’t push anything unnecessary, and made sure it was done correctly. All the flashing looks great, shingle runs are straight. What would have taken me 2 weeks and working around rain got done in 2 days.Brainard Roofing Company had all the right equipment, and didn’t waste time. I was pleased to see the crew work hard, but not rush, and most of them took a few minutes in the shade every now and then. I have roofed houses, and know how much work it is.
