I couldn't be more pleased with my visit to Tri-Vet. Compared to my previous visit with another vet clinic, I felt heard, I felt understood, and it felt like they actually cared about making sure my three-year-old chocolate lab was getting the care she needed. It has been a scary and uncertain three weeks, but during my visit, the tension in my chest was eased, I could breathe, and I felt hope. I will continue to bring my fur babies there for any future treatment!
My husband and I just started coming here just over a year ago when our pup tore his ACL completely off the bone and been coming ever since! The staff were absolutely amazing with our pup and whenever we need to come in and he hears the dr that did his surgery, he gets all excited; tail and butt wiggles the whole time! The fact the staff love their job and get in the floor to play with you pet and are patient, blow my mind! Also the fact that the staff do not see my pup as nothing else but a playful pup!
I started taking my dog to see Dr. Ashley after other vets couldn’t figure out what was wrong with him. She immediately found a tumor in his liver and treated him like her own until the day he passed away. We couldn’t have been more pleased with her care and her attention to his needs.
