I recently visited Fairfield Universal Therapy for the first time, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Initially, I was skeptical about physiotherapy, having always believed that I could heal myself or that my injuries would simply heal on their own in time. However, after an injury that refused to improve and under my doctor's prompting, I decided to make an appointment. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made! Before my first session, I braced myself for a kind of Boot camp experience, expecting to endure an hour of grueling exercises and pain. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff at Fairfield Universal Therapy are consistently sensitive, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. They intuitively grasp the correct pace for each client and are always willing to answer any questions. I've had sessions with three different therapists, and this holds true for all of them. The clinic's facility radiates a vibrant, joyful, and healthy ambience. No matter how I feel when I arrive, I always leave feeling better both physically and psychologically. And I actually like my set of tailored techniques to do at home. I received a sheet of instructions and also access to a website with my specific exercises clearly described and a short video demonstration for each. My experience from this clinic has made me realize I can and will overcome the pain and disability I expected to be stuck with for the rest of my life - remarkable, considering that I'm almost 70! I wholeheartedly recommend Fairfield Universal Therapy to anyone in need of physiotherapy. The positive impact they've had on my life is truly invaluable.

I was pretty nervous as I've never been to PT before but everyone was so welcoming. Dana really listened to what was going on and I highly recommend her.
