We were traveling to Wisconsin pulling a camper on I-35 and had a flashing and then steady check engine light come on in our Suburban. I called to see if they had time to check out the fault codes. He was so accommodating! He checked the codes for us right away and gave us some advice on how to proceed along our way. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient in his thorough explanation and advice. We felt really well taken care of and felt he really cared. We were so glad to be back on the road with his advice. Heading to Bloomington on I35 we alternator went out 3 hours from home and 3 hours left to go. This guy's dropped what he was doing and drove on his lunch break to get parts and got us back on the road. 100% satisfaction
