My friend wanted her hair dyed blonde and her hair came out looking like a zebra with stripy hair! When asked if they would fix for free they ignored it. She paid 140 dollars to go blonde and now her hair looks horrible.

My daughter got her hair colored here a few months ago and it turned out great. So when she wanted to color her hair again we went back. This time you could tell something was wrong right after the stylist rinsed the lightener out. The stylist and the owner had a whispered conversation and then the stylist continued to dye her hair. Most of the hair dye rinsed out at the salon. So the stylist redid the color. Again most of the color rinsed out. She ended up coloring it 4 times before it looked semi okay.
