Q in the Dyersville store (as well as everyone over the phone) was an absolute life saver. I was having problems after getting my phone wet, Q was able to recover all my data and important contacts. They really genuinely care about their customers and they WANT to help you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Surgit did a fine job replacing the Screen on my I-Pad 9. Had it ready in a couple days and were very professional. Great Service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I thought price might have been a little high. I was in the range of a refurbished Ipad. It was explained up front and I could have declined so really that is on me. I should have researched pricing for refurbished before I went in. Overall still was good experience.
I was in a bind with an audio file that I couldn't transfer. Thinking of a young man who came to my apartment and set up my computer/audio recording, I called him and he told me that he had what I needed and to come over. A short while later we were able to get the file off a recorder and onto a thumb drive. He also had a SD reader. I bought it. Q really knows his stuff. He is wide ranging in knowledge and very helpful.
