“Joe Schmitt went out of his way to determine if there was a way to rectify a problem I was having with my townhome even though he was not the builder, although his company has built the majority of the homes in my subdivision. Not only that, he apologized several times for the trouble I was having even though he bore no responsibility for it. Empathy, integrity and conscientiousness like that are hard to find. I would feel very good about the quality of your home if he built it. I have nothing but superlatives to say about this man.“
