“I had 12 different companies come look at my roof with just as many answers as to why it leaked. NO ONE ever got back to me with quotes like they promised. I contacted Mark at Ground Up Construction and he told me what they should do to fix my leaks. He recommended taking out the 4 sky lights and redoing the complete back side of the house and extension. A few days later i got a quote from him, a list of everything they would do, and a price to do it all. He mentioned it wold take a day with a full crew. Unfortunately because of the complexity of the roof and skylights, it took 3 days! He said it took longer than expected but would rather have it done right, than rush the job and have to come back and repair anything for free if it leaked. Him and his workers were just awsome people! very profesional, and hard workers. I spent the entire 3 days on the roof with them just to see what and how they were doing it. They answered any questions i had, explained why they did what they were doing, and it was just one of the best experiences i have had in a long time (i am by no means a handy man or any good at things like that). i was sweating on day 2 that it was going to cost me more than contracted at because of the extra work and effort they put in, but to my surprise i paid exactly what i was quoted at in the beggining. Mark and his crew especially went above and beyond what any other team would do. I cant say enough good things about thier work or the workers themselves. I am one happy camper with everything that was done. I will definatley hire them again when its time to roof my garage!“
