Did not have face to face with rep. Was not at home. Did have one the other day, was pleased with the technician. Informative and polite. Did not see any paperwork today, but received detailed instructions in a pdf format through email. So far, so good.
It was a long wait, as we did not know when the service Rep would arrive. Luckily when the Rep finally got here, he was a wonderful & helpful person. TruGreen is lucky to have an employee like Matt!
We had specifically requested a specific lawn care specialist.And we're told that we would get this person. We did not receive the specified lawn care specialist, but Elijah Knauls came. Elijah knocked on the door and talked to me prior to doing the long care application. Elijah was very nice seemed to do a very good job.
